Hello Friends & Family,

I just recently joined a very worthy cause. I have chosen to support Depelchin Children’s Center in Houston, Texas. Since today’s children are the leaders of tomorrow, it is vital that today’s leaders plant seeds within the lives of today’s children. Many of the Greater Houston area children will go without their daily needs being met due to poverty, abuse and neglect, or disabilities. One person can make a difference to help our children and build the community.

I have chosen to host a collection drive & would like to ask for your help. Top Needs are Infant & Toddler Items; Socks, Shoelaces & Shoes (birth-5 years); Thanksgiving Baskets; Holiday Sponsors & Volunteers (packets will be emailed to you); Pantry/Food Items; Personal Care Items; and Toiletry Items. I can email you a list of specific items for each category, if you'd like. Your help will make such a big difference in the lives of these children. Your gifts are needed and will be so greatly appreciated.

Nearly 117 years ago, the DePelchian Children’s Home began as a shelter for orphaned children. Throughout the years, DePelchin has changed to include numerous other services for children and is now known as The DePelchian Children’s Center. There are 30 programs in 60 locations in Harris, Ft. Bend, Montgomery and Waller counties in Texas. Programs are designed primarily to meet the needs of individuals and families in crisis. Services are provided to children and families in need, regardless of their ability to pay. Funding is received from the United Way, the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services, other governmental agencies, program fees, community support and investment income. Read about DePelchian at their website: http://www.depelchin.org.

Children are special and they do matter... They are our future. If you planted one seed in the life of a child; you could open endless fields of possibility and hope for them. Some of these children will become doctors, physicians, lawyers, teachers, and parents. Others will become high school dropouts, criminals or victims. Your help is vital. You could change a life forever simply by building on a foundation for their success... if you start today.

Successful futures are built on today’s choices. Make the choice to become an active participant. Attached is information on how to get involved and help make a difference. I really look forward to hearing from you soon.

In HIS presence is fullness of joy, so how do I get there?

The world says Christians have been brainwashed. A broken, hurting and deceived WORLD needs Holy Ghost, Dunamis Power and on-going Blood of Jesus brainwashing sessions. Christ hung on Calvary as our One-and-Only/Once-and-for all Bondage-Breaking Blood Sacrifice. He did this to removes any and all sin, sickness and disease. He broke the barrier between us and a perfect God. Now anyone accepting that sacrifice has open passage at the doorway covered in Blood. Now a relationship with God is possible. We can openly communicate with him. Christ said, "Behold I make ALL things new". "It is finished".

"Lord, on with the brainwashing by Your Blood. Oh, wash me over and over and over 'til I'm spot-free. Sometimes we can get real dirty. Only Your Blood can clean up our sin messes. Thank you, Lord.

Love Conversation 1

What Does It Take to Love?

Love is a choice; you cannot make someone love you. You can do things to cause others to stop loving you. If a person continues to hurt the ones who loves them, the one(s) who love them may do so without openly expressing their love.

God wants us to love and to be loved. He says... “do to others as you would have them to do to you. We are to love the Lord our God with all of our mind, soul and strength. We also ...love our neighbor as ourselves. God loved us first. We must FIRST love God; without His love, we can't love. We can’t love others unless we love our self.

What does it take for you to be loved? What does it take for you to love? What do you take to love? First, you need God’s love to love and to be loved. He wants us to come to Him. Before we EVER reach out to God, His love has already reached us.

To know God is to know Love. It takes God- us loving God, God loving us, us loving others, and others loving us.
